1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Brand U FX website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Brand U FX provides software tools, market analysis, and trading signals for the foreign exchange market. We operate strictly as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) and information provider. We do not act as a financial advisor, we do not manage customer funds, and we do not execute trades on your behalf.

3. Financial Risk and Personal Responsibility

Trading in the foreign exchange market carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to trade foreign exchange, you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite.

You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, and you bear 100% of the responsibility for any financial losses or gains resulting from the use of our signals, analysis, or software.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

• Auto-Renewing Subscriptions: We offer premium features through auto-renewing monthly subscriptions. By selecting a subscription, you authorize us (through our third-party payment processors, such as Stripe) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal provided on our website or through your device's app store settings. Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent month.
• No Refunds: Because the Service provides immediate digital access to premium software and proprietary data upon checkout, all payments are non-refundable. We do not provide credits or refunds for partially used subscription periods.

5. User Accounts and Security

To access premium features, you must create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and credentials you use to access the Service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and accept full responsibility for any activities or actions under your account. Your account provides cross-platform access (web and mobile app) and is strictly for individual use. Sharing account access may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, functionality, software architecture, and market analysis are and will remain the exclusive property of Brand U FX and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary signals or application interfaces without express written consent.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction of Sri Lanka.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any revisions become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
